The careless TruGreen guys dug up our lawn in an aeration service, in a very sloppy and hurried manner. Last year the aeration was fine but this year it is a disaster. This is not acceptable and is the last time TruGreen ever did aeration on our property. Jordan and his crew also punched a hole in our sump pump plumbing outlet cover, which is big enough that anyone who cares would not have trampled over it with an aerator. Obviously. these guys don't know how to use this machine. A local manager was supposed to call me to discuss within 1-2 days but I guess nobody wants to take ownership or responsibility of the problem and damage done. To top it all off, they double charged me, once when I prepaid and once more after the service. Sloppiness, carelessness and lack of responsibility or professionalism. Last week TruGreen guy comes at 7:20 AM and.leaves without knocking, ringing bell or calling. No advance notice. Nothing got accomplished, empty service record online with the same lame rationale "I didn't knock as a Covid precaution". But the "technicians" worked the aerator, didn't bother to wear a mask or even ask about it, even though I was wearing one the whole time.

Was originally happy the 1st year (2020) as they managed to kill all the dandelions in my yard (a home I recently purchased). But no in year 3...I would have never spent $1500+ and have a yard (part dirt) to look like this! We have bare spots everywhere. Not just bare spots, but dead grass. Clover over 70% of the yard. Still have weeds in about 10% of the yard. Beyond frustrating trying to get someone to just listen or come look at the problem! They just reschedule another service call and send you another bill. You CANNOT email any individual person...just a generic customer service email. So you will get an auto response in 2 days saying...they are sending someone out for a service call. Its like a broken record! Don't waste you time, patience or money!

Do your best to avoid this company. Paid about $300 for weed control and overseeding. Nothing has been done maybe got worse. 1st contact with Customer service, I was told that someone will come over to take care of it, no one showed up. 2nd try requests refund, I was told I will be contacted by manager, no one contacted me nor refund. Just sick
