  Paid roughly $450 for irrigation, weed control, and seeding. As far as I can tell, the irrigation was either not done or in sections I cant see (I have several bare spots) Very little to no seed planted and these pictures were taken after the 4th visit. They told me my lawn would look worse initially from weed removal, but I still have roughly 2/3 of the weeds in my lawn still. Would have definitely went with someone else for more money if I knew this was what I was getting.

  We use TruGreen this summer to fertilize our front yard. It was just for the summer. They sprayed in July then did not spray in august. We did not renew the service and we had received what we had signed up for. We were not going to renew. I thatched, scared, leveled some spots, and top dressed the lawn then seeded and put straw down. In September they decided on their own to come and spray and charge us. This happened just a few days after I put down the seed. About a third of the seed survived. We called them 3 times with out a response. When they finally called they said they put down starter fertilizer. The receipt that I have in my possession shows a 25-0-2 mixture. That is not starter fertilizer. They have promised us on the phone someone would be by and nothing. I am done talking to them. After the almost $500 spent for everything then TruGreen charging me to kill my grass I am deciding whether I should go through small claims or just get an attorney. I had a review that included dates and even times everything happened. It went into much more detail about everything but it was to many words and exceeded the limit. I am just disgusted. It seems to me that companies that do business in the service industry might want to look up the definition of service. It is not just this company. I will never have them put anything on my yard again. I got a reply to my review that asked me to email them my information. Except that I have called 4 times now bc we talked to them on the phone again yesterday. Ant again was promised that they would call me by 4pm yesterday afternoon. Still have not heard from them. I would think after me calling them this many times they would already have my information. If i could give zero stars I would.

  Well, I had issues with this company last year and they convinced me this year to use them again but.....Never again. They failed to show up for the initial lawn service so I called for a "Re-service". They failed to show up the second time. I called again for a "Re service" They failed again for the third time. Then I called again wanting to cancel and after promising me a discount and a Re-service, they failed again. Then when I called to cancel and I was going to speak with a supervisor...the call dropped after 25 minutes on hold. When I called back the call dropped again after 2 minutes. And then when I tried to do an on-line chat it failed as well. While I don't kbnow if the local franchisee is to blame for any of this, I do know the majority of people at this company are a bunch of clowns and I will never do business with Tru Green in any form ever again. It was a horrible experience, a few times over and I have learned my lesson. Contact at your own peril.
