      Adrian is the True Green Service Tech that has serviced my lawn for the past 3 years. Having the same tech every time has been a real plus. He knows my lawn and is able to analyze what is happening and make adjustments or recommendations as to what is needed. Adrian is also professional, knowledgeable, and most of all his customer service skills are outstanding. He ALWAYS take the time to talk with me if I come out on the lawn and willingly answers any questions and explains exactly what that days service is supposed to do for my lawn. If there was a Tech of the year award, he definitely deserves it AND a BIG BONUS or a raise in pay. He is the only reason why I've continued to use this service.

      First, I can never get your franchise owner in South Jersey...I call the local number it goes to your national call center, which puts me on hold, eventually telling me the wait time is 2 hours. Really!!! I select to call me back and they never call back. I am a customer for the past 3 years. Soon to leave as a customer. I never get a notice when your lawn care technician is coming out until the day before in the late afternoon I get a notice via email. I can never take off work with no notice. Why don't you give 48 to 36 hours' notice that you are coming out? My lawn has a great degree of weeds in it after the first spring application and I can never witness the technician applying liquid to ask questions like your radio commercials state. In fact, your radio commercials with testimonials are quite disingenuous, to say the least. You don't have a technician come out to check your lawn when you sign up and if you do...that is the last time you see someone from Trugreen, then it's a technician who you never get to meet because you schedule without reasonable notice. Your radio commercials state you can call your local franchise owner to talk about your lawn...Really...no you can't yet you market that you can. Still on the phone waiting to talk to someone. My last scheduled lawn application was canceled and was to be rescheduled, that was a week and a half ago, and still have not heard back from this company. Secondly, I contracted you to treat my trees for the last two years, after the first year, this spring a got an application and two of my small shrubs turned brown and are starting to die it appears. I would like to have these trees replaced and charge Trugreen...I told the technician when he came out...he no comment..but since I use your company on shrubs I see these results....Where do I place my claim? I won't be surprised if I don't receive an email from Trugreen, and highly unlikely that I will receive a telephone call. Hope the company is making a lot of money for shareholders and paying their employees dirt, that's the American way now. Your company is truly on the wrong path, as I know others now, that have canceled your service from a lack of service. Publish this testimonial....

      I paid for a yearly service of seeding and fertilizer and added aeration. My lawn seems to have gotten worse as there are more bare spots and dead grass with more weeds.
