  I hired them to come take care of my lawn as I was a previous customer and was very happy with them in the past. Sadly, they were supposed to come 5 different times and never showed up. Even their local supervisor called me and she promised me that they would show up and they didn't. In that time, they came to do a few other houses in our neighborhood, but never showed up to take care of mine. Would have loved to use them again but they clearly didn't want my business.

  Stay away from this business especially if you pay upfront. So many issues with this business. First, my yard looks like a war zone. Weeds where grass should be. Second, aeration is a total scam. They rip up what grass is growing and leave dried up dirt patches, (plus, if you’re not home, they do part of your neighbors yard and leave ruts in their yard). He wasn’t pleased. Third, when scheduled for a “free service” between the hours of 1-6, they are a NO SHOW. Amazing though, it was listed as a visit at 3:04PM. WRONG!! Maybe if they answered their local phone things might be different, probably not.

  We had used this business previously. My plants were dying. I decided to try again. I called and gave all my credit card info. I paid for a year up front. Right after my info was taken phone went dead. No call back. Now they cannot find my account after I called waiting over a week. I have to wait to see if I was charged. Quite upset the woman did not try to call back after this happened. She had my number. I called customer service and they told me nothing they could do.
