Terrible service. Had enough of them after a year of service. Terrible lawn coverage, customer service is horrible.. got double charged twice, and randomly charged on my credit card when i never put it on file or auto pay (no service was completed either). Took them one second to charge the card, 5-8 business days to process refund and another 2-3 weeks to receive check in mail..I can only imagine how many other customers get their money stolen from these theives without paying attention to there statement.

They destroyed my lawn with their irrigation treatment which I didn’t authorize. I cancelled three months ago due to poor results and came home today to a destroyed yard. At least 20 places in my yard are destroyed/turfed. Some as large as 3 feet by 2 feet. No explanation and no call back. Could not be more disgusted. Feels like a complete violation for them not to even say anything or acknowledge what they did before leaving. We hire companies like this to repair our lawns. Not destroy them. Would highly recommend that you not do business with Truegreen.
