I never got past the aggressive vulture sales team. I called for a price then decided to go with another company. They will not leave me alone. I have asked them several times to quit calling. Every time I block their call, they call me from a different number. Today they showed up in person to my home. They are worse than the car warranty callers!

Worst service ever. Customer service blames customer for thier mistakes. Manager Paul called me while I was in a Doctor's appointment, I asked him to call back later. He said Quote I will see if I have time to do that. Arrogance at the highest level. Save yourself the hassle. Do not use this company. My lawn is worse than when they started and they try to cheat by not doing the entire lawn as agreed. Infant the part they didn't do looks better than the treated area!

Garnett M. has been taking care of my lawn for years and does a very good job. Employees like him are very hard to find now days. I really hope TruGreen takes good care of him. Thank your Garnett and thank you TruGreen my lawn looks great. Also a big shout out and gratitude to Barelwhite who helped me on the phone when I was having problems logging into my account. She was very polite and helped me quickly to do what I needed to. Thank you Barelwhite.
