As you can all see clearly from the pictures TruGreen has destroyed my lawn. I have also attached 2 before pictures for comparison. I have been with this company since January and these are the results. I called over a week ago and have yet to have a manager come out to assess the damage as promised by TruGreen customer service. In addition to not following up, customer service is now asking us to pay more for new services to repair the damage before having someone come out to assess my lawn. The quote to get lawn back to where it was before I started using TruGreen is almost $1000 from another company. Please save your lawn and do not use this company. Update 12.22.2021: I’ve been promised a service to access my yard for weeks. I have called 3-4 times. Yesterday a received a called from another “supervisor “ who said someone would reach out to me Jan10th. By then it will be almost 3 months that I have been asking for help with my yard. They also are trying to blame me for their poor service. Horrible customer service! Update: First time I heard from supervisor was Jan 10th. Take note that I started contacting them in October. My yard is still a disaster and we constantly have to be on top of them for service. They have yet to control the white fly on my ficus fence. I will start calling them again today.

Do not hire this company!! We are currently using TruGreen and we are going to terminate our business with them. We had brand new sod installed in our side yard and they completely destroyed it! We had other parts of the yard that needed care and they promised that they would take care of it. However, a few months into using them as our lawncare service our lawn is WORSE than when we hired them. We have placed calls for someone to come out and evaluate the situation. They promise that a Manager will contact us and nothing. We are truly disappointed with this company and now have to spend additional money to resod parts of our job. TruGreen IS A SCAM! Beware.

In October of 2021 I called to cancel my service because I didn't see the value and lawn did not turn out the way it was promised. On Feb 11, 2022 to my surprise, a technician showed up for a "scheduled maintenance". I turned away the service and let the technician know that I cancelled my service the prior October. He left and apologized for the mix-up. The next day I received an email that my lawn had been serviced and an unauthorized charge had showed up on my credit card. When I called customer service they acknowledged that I cancelled service the prior October and when I asked that my account be permanently closed and a refund submitted the service member tried to give me a 10% discount on my NEXT SERVICE!!! When I refused and again asked for my refund she said she could give me a 50% refund!?!?! They imagined that I would accept a 50% refund for a service that was never performed on an account that was closed the prior year! Incredible! These people are obtuse at best and at worst are scam artists. And their lawn care service was bad. It is 5 days later and I am still awaiting my refund. Do not use this company.
