Called them to get a quote for lawn care .. the sales person basically read from a script the entire time. I asked to send a knowledgable lawn care specialist for a lawn assessment, so I could show them the issues and speak to them in person to which she replied to tell her about the issues on the phone. I mentioned that it seems like you are just reading from a script and I want to speak to a knowledgable lawn care specialist, and then they hung up on me. Getting a quote online is also not easy. They basically ask for all the information up front and then said we can't give you a quote online. They took all my info and did not give me quote. Bad online practice

I've been calling them throughout August, initially about a brown spot that has spread to 17 ft. diameter. Nobody will tell me what it is, how to get rid of it, how to prevent it in the future.

Had TruGreen service a few years ago. I shouldn't have stopped. I tried to do it myself for the last few years. The results were nothing like TruGreen had it looking I just had them out today and Jack came by, treated the lawn. Then explained what to expect as well as when the next service was going to be. I can't wait to have it back to what TruGreen had it at a few years ago.
