  I like the advance telephone call that notifies me that a service will be performed. This is important to me because I can make sure that the tech has access to the back yard. The TruGreen website is also important to me. I can read the history and current record of the treatments that have been performed. Payment is also easy and convenient on the website. I understand that the service tech decides what fertilizers and chemicals to use based on the lawn's current condition. I'd like to see some information on the website that informs me of how a service tech makes the treatment decisions.

  This is by far the worst lawn service company around! There were several instances the tech pulled up and never performed a service yet left a yard sign and a door hanger with a bill attached to my front door. Furthermore even after treatments were supposedly performed we still had ongoing problems with weeds, fungus, and insects. Our yard looks worse after using their services for almost 2 years now. The customer service is horrible as well, very rarely do you actually talk to a person and just expect to be on hold forever waiting to speak to someone.

  Feb 2022 Lawn looks great. Continued excellent service at a reasonable cost Oct 2021 Technicians are professional, friendly and follow stringent environmental and safety guidelines. On the rare occasion when I needed additional service, it was provided quickly. Lawn looks great! Aug 2021 I've been a TruGreen customer for nearly 15 years now. My lawn looks great. Their technicians are professional, friendly, thorough and they are committed to safe and environmentally sound procedures. On the rare occasion where I needed additional service the response was immediate. All of this at reasonable prices.
