We were a customer for many years but this summer they burned our lawn due to over application and blamed us. This is a common theme with Trugreen. Have heard similar reports from neighbors. They said they would look into it further but the account manager never responded. In addition they aerated my lawn without authorization and billed me for it. I called customer service who said they would escalate the issue but no one returned my call and they keep sending me bills. Horrible customer service. I am done with this company. UPDATE- I sent an email as your response requested but no one has followed up with me! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I signed up for the year and after a couple of months I noticed that my weeds weren't going away. So for the next visit I watched them partially service my lawn so I complained they sent the same technician out to service he only parked his truck in front of my house and never came outside to service my lawn that's a third of an acre and left 3 minutes later. The next time they quickly serviced half of my lawn this company is a joke. Customer service is good private contractors are no good and don't care

I used them for fertilizing the lawn for a one year pre-paid contract. The lawn is still having yellowish patches in the fall. The technician was late for 6 hours for the last service and now they can not even schedule me an appointment . I called the sales representative that sold me the pre-paid contract (and he had promised me he would take care of my services) several times and he did not return my calls.
