  Super disappointed with the results of having True Green manage my lawn. Bought a beautiful piece of property which was already green and plush but decided to hire them to maintain what I already had and after spending all this money this year they did nothing but kill my grass, ruining my lawn! I complained and they told me they will be out within 2 weeks to aerate and reseed my lawn, that was about a month ago and I haven't heard from them since. I'm not going to chase these people I would just caution you about hiring them for your project. Just money wasted!!

  Scamming company. had service in 2020 and when Tru green called in spring of 2021 to ask if I wanted service I said NO! They came and did it anyway and charged my card. This is how the whole summer went on. I called every time. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the payments. Chase investigated and after Chase talked with Trugreen the credited my account and stated it was fraud/mistake. Trugreen has now turned me into collections! Also they claim the treated my lawn in Feb of 2022 and sent me a bill. I am in Cleveland ohio! We had a foot of snow most of the month. I want a Manager to call me and make this right!

  TruGreen started out very good, however in the last year they have gone seriously downhill to the point that I cancelled yesterday. I, like some other reviewers, paid all my money upfront for the year of service, aeration, and overseeing. They haven’t touched my lawn in months - since June - and my account shows that I still have 3 services left this year, as well as aeration and overseeing that I paid several hundred dollars for. It’s now mid October and TruGreen has cancelled 4 services on me that they said they would complete. They have pushed my Services back from September to October. When I asked why they cancelled on my the Customer Service guy blamed it on employee call offs. I’m sorry but 4 call offs on me for a service I paid you hundreds for is unacceptable. When are they planning to overseed - when there is snow on the ground? 🖕TruGreen - hope I get a refund but I doubt it.
