Did not fulfill the contract which was prepaid. On visit number 5 I have so far rescheduled at 5 times including the manager stating that he would be coming out to perform the service. True green will not give me a phone number where i can file a customer complaint.. My trees are dying, i have lost 4 so far and they will not refund my money nor discuss time that they can come out and schedule the service. Thus far the service has been rescheduled 5 times with no show.

Needed help with an urgent lawn situation. They took our money and said they would be out the next day. Two days came and went, we called, and they said they had no record of us, were EXTREMELY rude, and wouldn't come out even though they had taken our money already!

Contacting someone is a nightmare! And if you are lucky enough to get ahold of someone, they mess up the order. Once they mess up the order, you have the same nightmare trying to contact someone about the mess up. And guess what? When trying to get your refund for the mess up, it’s a nightmare!
