  If you want a company full of excuses and empty promises trugreen is the company for you! With the amount of BS MANURE they spew you would think my yard would be green and beautiful, but they have to come to your house first. I get excuses of they could not perform your service because your gate was locked... I do not even have a fence much less a locked gate. Its been over 8 weeks since they treated my yard and now my backyard is full of weeds.

  Don't waste your money. If you have any questions, I'll gladly show you our yard personally and it will speak for itself on the type of service that TruGreen has provided in terms of weed controls and aeration and seeding. If there's an option of giving a zero star, I would. My wife asked one of the "professionals" who serviced our lawn and couldn't even answer the question and instead replied he was just a teacher and only working part-time because he is bored. And if my wife has any questions or not contented with the service to just call their office instead. That itself is worth a zero-star rating.

  I signed up and was serviced pretty quick. Was told that they would be out on certain dates and was told if there was an issue to call and they would get someone out as soon as they can. Well 7 weeks after the first service no one ever came back out. So I called and was told I wasn't even on the schedule yet for another service. Very disappointed considering all the hype wasn't there and my lawn was covered with weeds. Trying to get hold of someone in customer service is a nightmare. On hold for hours. Went back to taking care of my own lawn as TruGreen is not reliable.
