  My lawn did look very nice when they came on a regulaer basis, but then without warning, they just stopped. When I finally contacted them, a foreign service, they told me that I had cancelled. No, I didn't. They wanted to get things rescheduled, which was fine, but I needed to talk with a Local rep, as my needs didn't get passed on when I left a message with the distant rep. After a back and forth, I had to Insist that I speak to a local rep before they even came out. Well, I finally received a call back, after several days, but by then, I had become frustrated and set up with another, but more local business.

  This company is the worst. I bought a new home and started service with them in June. My lawn was weed free at the time. They have missed their last four service dates. No call. No show! I’ve called them repeatedly and can get no real answer as to why they no-showed. Instead they offer a discount and promise I’ll be serviced on x date. Then they no show again. My yard is being overrun by weeds and I’m afraid it might not be able to be saved.

  The first time they came they did not check our soil as I was promised. I tried to call the number and was transferred to the main number where I left a message to b called back after waiting one hour on the phone. I never received the call back. Next time they show up to spray and the man says they won’t spray our whole yard. We tell him we paid for the whole acre and a half to control the weeds and outside our fescue area we have Buffalo grass. They say they only spray the established grass area. We paid all year in advance!! We told him that if he won’t do what we paid for to leave and we will request a refund! I called the company. Staying on hold to reach someone and was promised a call back from a manager within 48 hours. After 48 hours I call back and there are notes on our file that customer is FINE and they are remeasuring our yard. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!! They promise to have them contact me TODAY - AGAIN THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DON’T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
