They sold a service and I haven’t been able to reach anyone helpful at any phone numbers listed for TruGreen. All phone calls are routed thru people who cannot thoroughly understand or speak clear English. So if you have scheduling or service problems…. Forget about it! This is the second year this has happened, never doing it again. ALSO… I was promised by sales that I could schedule my service dates. Doesn’t look like that’s happening either… my past experience is they show when the line to show.

We had a employee from True Green in Champaign hit our mailbox back on August 3, 2021. He came to the door and told my husband to call it in. We have called twice to report it and still no one has bothered to call us back. So frustrating that they were in our neighborhood servicing one of our neighbors and we are now out $70 for a new mailbox. Impressed with the employee for stepping up and letting us know.....very disappointed in management for ignoring their responsibities. Update: Their reaching out was just for show.......they never replyied back from my email for compensated me for the damage.
