  TruGreen killed my lawn. My lawn turned brown after the second/third visit (hard to tell as they no showed several times). I have tried for months to get a call back or site visit. I have tried customer service, who are nice, but powerless. Lawn was new; neighbor’s done together; theirs is perfect, mine is dead. Easy to tell from my photos which is the before picture (taken in same spot) We could have saved the yard if they would have responded. Months have passed; I have a year’s prepaid service; they are doing nothing. Can’t even get a call back. And of course are not providing any services I have pre-paid for. TreGreen - I read the reviews that say your preferred method of dealing with this complaints is to just ignore the customer until they go away. TruGreen- CALL ME BACK. I AM NOT GOING AWAY.

  I had been warned by neighbors of the poor service Trugreen provides. But I thought to try their services anyway. What a disappointment. Not a full month in, and the company has fallen short on their services. They were to spray my entire yard for weeds. The first time, the service guy only sprayed the front. When we brought it to their attention, he came back out and sprayed only the side yard. When asked about it, we were told that we had a contract to treat only the front yard. Who does that? Trugreen apologized and said that they would resend the serviceman back out on Monday. No one came. We called, and was promised that they would send someone on Friday. Today is Friday, and no one came. They apologized again for the 4th time. We immediately canceled our contract. What a total waste of time!! Go some where else! I will never recommend them to any of my clients. Did I mentioned that I am a licensed Realtor and Property Manager.

  I signed up for this service in January. My original service was done, but rushed and not effective. Called into Customer Service to request a respray & it was rescheduled for 2 days later. The technician did not show up stating that it was raining, but was not. The next scheduled date was a few days later. This technician was in the wrong neighborhood (the one behind ours) and then completed the service as if he showed up. I immediately called customer service to find out what was going on. It took me a minute to explain to the customer service rep that the service tech was in the wrong neighborhood. I requested to speak with a supervisor because that representative was unsure as what to do. After waiting for 15 minutes for a supervisor, they told me that a supervisor would call me back. No supervisor ever called. I called back the next morning to explain the issue and was assigned another technician. This technician showed up, was thorough and was on time. This service was supposed to be a respray, but was actually charged to my account. I had no issues with the charge because one was due at my next service anyways, but I wanted to receive my respray because the weeds were not dying. So I called back again to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back, AGAIN, I received no phone call..... BUT, someone scheduled a service for me the very next day. When that day came, I received a text to track my service technician to my address. The technician never showed up. I called to speak to a supervisor yet again and was told that no one was available. I informed the agent Raj, that I would wait for him to get one, but he did not want to keep my on the line waiting for a supervisor because it messed up his call numbers. I asked him to cancel my service immediately. I asked for a confirmation email and he stated that he could not give me that. After explaining that he is adding to the subpar at best customer service, he sent me a confirmation email for accountability. Trugreen had that best prices and the biggest name, but not one house in my neighborhood uses them. We small 100 home subdivision with all the houses having a minimum of 1 acre. Now I see why all of my neighbors use different companies. I will never use or recommend this company every again. Absolutely the worst service and false promises!! Sad, unfortunately.
