When True Green first started I paid for my entire lawn to be fertilized. I noticed through my ring doorbell they were only doing the front yard. I did call and let them know I did watch them they did give half off on next service and made them do entire lawn. The last time I called them I requested seed and fertilizer. The lady on the phone obviously did not know the process for this. When they came out the technician talk to my wife and had no idea what they needed to do. The problem was there was no communication from the operator to the technician. I’ve tried calling back to get them back out and again, on hold for over half hour. No one at this company bothered to call me back. It’s almost if they don’t care. I will be calling another company to do my yard.

Beware of unwanted services and blatant lies about what you need to up sell services. They contacted me saying I had an infestation of mites in spiders in my shrubs and needed their pest services. When confronted with the fact I dont have shrubs and bushes around my house. They tried to say their tech must have had the wrong address!
