I am very frustrated. It has been 2 months, and they have not touched my backyard. The weeds are taller than 1 foot back there. They reschedule without notifying, then still do not show up. "Free unlimited visits between scheduled calls", HA! I have not received one yet, and my lawn is a MESS. Spencer, my contact, is full of empty promises. I will NEVER use this company again.

I just started using their service (paid in advance for the season) and cannot really comment on the quality yet, but this is in regards to customer service. I was working from home when they applied the first application and it was supposed to only be for the front yard, but they did the back, too. I have service scheduled today and tried calling to confirm they only put the weed control in the front (I have dogs and their toys are all over the back yard), but cannot get a real person on the phone! Customer service is important to me, so I already know I won't be using them next year.
