Tru Green came to work on my yard and left it with a gate broken and poked a hole in the irrigation line while plugging the lawn and tryed to cover it up with mulch from nearby landscaping. I called within the hour to report the problem. That was 7 days ago today. Still no response. Still leaking. Local phone number sends you to a national phone service that calls you back and is rude and worthless to you. Call AAA. They are losing a very nice account with me.

Called on a Monday and was told my yard would be sprayed before my party Friday and no one showed up. I called to ask at 2:00 where my text about service time was and was told I was not even in the system. And they would try to have a person come out before the end of the day but no one called me to say anything and no one showed up. I called Tuesday to ask why I didn’t get my service and was told we are sorry and we will be out on Wednesday. I told them I have to be there when you come due to my dogs in the very start of this. I finally said forget it I will call someone else. Honorable service and runed my party because we were attacked by Mosquitoes!!!!!
