Believe the negative reviews. They can’t follow simple instructions. Consistently asked for a receipt of what they found and what chemical was applied. After FOUR times of them not doing this I got rid of them. A bunch of clowns answer the phones for them also. This is one company where I don’t mind hearing the robot speak compared to the people

Worst customer service ever! I cancelled an aeration appt 1 week I'm advance and they verbally confirmed it was cancelled. TruGreen showed up and performed the service and then proceeded to charge me $1,300. It took multiple calls for somebody to remove the charge from my account and they still have yet to call me back to resolve the issue. Their customer service agents over the phone are unprofessional, listen to music in the background, and have side conversations while they're on the phone with a customer.

We contacted TruGreen to do a one-time grub treatment on our lawn. We were told they would contact us within 5 business days to schedule the treatment. After 10 business days we contacted them. The treatment was scheduled. On the scheduled day we received a text from TrueGreen stating that the technician could not do the treatment because our gate was locked. We do not have a gate; we do not even have a fence. Since this was early in the morning we contacted TruGreen immediately and informed them of this. They assured us that they would contact the technician and have him come to our home that same day to treat our lawn. About 4:30 I contacted TruGreen to see when the technician might be coming to our home. She advised that they worked until 8:00 p.m. and I should give him a little more time. I asked how late they accepted telephone calls and she advised me until 8:00 p.m. The technician never showed up and when I called at 7:45 p.m. There was a recording saying they were closed and to call back during business hours. I called the first thing the next morning to cancel the service. The representative repeatedly tried to give me a discount on our next service - this was a one-time treatment. She also wanted to re-schedule the application. I repeatedly told her no we are canceling the service and want a refund of the charges. Fast forward to one week later. While enjoying a cup of coffee I see someone in my yard. It was the TruGreen technician. I stopped him and advised that the service had been cancelled a week ago. He stated that no one had told him. Talk about total disorganization! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Will never use this company!
