  Hi! Just to let people know that I have always fertilized my own yard and had it beautiful dark green and neighbors would ask how to get their yard looking nice like mine i would give them advice and help them now true green came out and fertilized my yard with out my concent and have called them they came out one time took pictures and have not came back it was there mistake and now my grass is dead but they should come out take responsibility for there mistake and fix my lawn but if I have to go to court my neighbors they said they will go and be as witnesses on how my yard was and after true green killed it if I could give no stars I would. So the last picture I just added is before true green came out and fertilized. So its been about two weeks + and nothing yet and its been at least 1 month that they came out and did there mistake and what you know they came out again and sprayed my lawn and made a mistake again so if someone thinks I should sue them please let me know about a good lawyer

  I had set up an appointment to speak to someone about getting a quote. I got a prompt phone call from someone who had no idea why I was “calling” I had to repeat myself several times. After giving him my address, he put me on hold to look up and measure my yard.. (I have no idea what he was doing he did not really explain it) came back and said that my property was 10 times BIGGER than it really is. When I told him no that’s not correct he also tried to tell me it is that big and there’s no house on it and (instead of simply asking me how big my property is)I would need to call back another time because he could not help me…. If that is how a potential client is treat from the start, I can only imagine how they would treat someone who is a client. I won’t be calling back…. I think I dodged a bullet.

  Without anyone coming to view lawn or anything I was immediately set up for the most expensive service (of course that is what my lawn needed they said). Due to the fact I did not trust them and thought very shady I cancelled service the NEXT DAY. I still get texts sending someone to my address , plus they went ahead and took money out of my account, even when I was cancelling I asked if they took money, they guy said NO WAY. I even had another guy calling couple of days later asking why I cancelled (at that time I did not realize they already hit my bank) I explained why and he apologized and no issues,,,,,,,,except they keep sending me messages someone is aerating my lawn (so far two have done that service the same day. I returned from a Dr. appointment and I found a Trugreen sign in my back yard, BTW yard looks exactly the same, nothing was moved out of the way, I mean it looks exactly the same no item has been moved. Forgot to share I PUT DOWN ANT POISON AND THE ANT BED LOOKS EXACTLY the same with the granules still on top of the ant hill. I will again call them Monday and this will be the third time of dealing with them. Do not use them, Plus when I called to cancel I was told I had two accounts one for lawn and one for shrubs and trees, they guy who I initially spoke with told me they do NOT do trees, I found out later that is incorrect plus everything price wise is also incorrect. It was ALOT more, lots and lots more. Sadly I was initially calling about getting a Pecan tree treated consistently, I thought being a national company it would be safe.....nope, feels like I'm dealing with some shady people. Tried calling all phone numbers and you cannot leave a message anywhere.
