Before you buy their service, they promise you everything to keep your lawn green and healthy. I took the service considering same but the moment i took by grass started turning brown. I called them 2-3 times and every time specialist came they blamed me for not watering properly, sun, fungus etc etc and kept on saying next service it will improve but it hasn't. Really disappointed.

3 TruGreen sales reps lied to me to get me to sign up. All 3 stressed the importance of me signing up right away so they could provide spring seeding that had to be done immediately. They used this high pressure sales technique, and once I signed up, and paid in full, they scheduled me for the first service. I contacted them to see which items the needed removed from my lawn in order to aerate and seed as to not inconvenience them when they arrived. They told me they do not even offer a spring aeration and seeding service and that the reps must have misinformed me. I asked them to cancel my service and issue a refund. They said that would take 3-5 days. It has been over a week and the refund has not been processed. When I contact them again the rep said it needs special approval from the manager and he’ll get to it when he has time and just keep waiting. This company lies to get your sale, and then lies about issuing a refund in order to steal hundreds of dollars from you. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Setup a whole treatment and aeration service with them so I wouldn't have to deal with the lawn myself for the next year. Spent more time on the phone talking to customer service then they did when they arrived to perform contracted services. First trip out they failed to do the aeration service and just over seeded my lawn. Invoice stated that both overseeding and aeration was completed by tech. For an unsuspecting client they may have gotten away with it. Called and had customer service reassure me they would comeback and complete the service for free and give me 50% off my service they were already supposed to complete. Mind you I was already told I would be getting 50% off my first service just for signing up for the service. My card was already charged the full amount after that first service was completed. Second aeration service was scheduled for the week after. Tech comes out and spends no more than 10 min on my front lawn with a seeder and then packs up and leaves. No aeration for the second time. Invoice stated it was completed. Called to try and get a refund and cancel my services and customer support stated they would be refer the matter and have someone call be be about it. That phone call was to reschedule the appointment for a 3rd time and nothing to do with getting my money back. Very unprofessional, no one to get in contact with for grievances and getting your money back. They push you to keep trying and get the service completed that was supposed to be completed 2x already! STEER CLEAR !!!
