I was a new customer... on my second scheduled service date, got a text saying technician is on the way. Then a few hours later got a text saying technician could not perform service because gate was locked. Problem with this is... my gate isn't lock (it's barely standing due to storm damage) and I was at home. And I have surveillance cameras. No technician was here. Called, got lied to by someone at their central call center - you can't speak to anyone at the local office - and shortly thereafter cancelled my service. Next day someone from the local office called me (but I can't call him back). Had a conversation, left things where they are with cancelled service. Last night got a text saying my "free service" was scheduled for today. Got a text this morning saying that the technician who previously said he was here but wasn't would be at my home today. Called the customer service center and explained that I absolutely did NOT want anyone from TruGreen on my property at any point. I never asked for a visit, one was never offered, and if this is some twisted idea of customer service/goodwill, wouldn't you think it should be scheduled on a day/time convenient for me? I no longer have a business relationship and it's technically trespassing. So now, waiting for someone I cannot trust who may or may not show up, unwanted, on my property. Absolutely would not recommend... but I do feel that if the local office handled their own business, instead of routing to some central call center who couldn't care less, they would probably be in better shape. By the time I had been through three call center people, any conversation that the local person wanted to have only served to further irritate. Unfortunately, forcing a "free service" visit on me that I didn't want wasn't the way to go about it.

Never used this company before. Was trying to get a quote. Had a man call me asking questions I couldn't answer at the moment. Told him wait till my husband gets home. He was saying he could send me a screen shot and I again said yes I'll wait till my husband sees it. The man didn't like that and stated" well it's not like your agreeing to anything now". RUDE. Won't treat your lawn unless 50# is grass no thanks

They were supposed to do lawn plugs on my lawn they did not show up when they said they would they did not take care of all the spots like they said they would on top of that they never even finished and still charged me I called to get them to come back and finish and all they did was schedule for aeration and lime after I called twice they did not do anything just absolutely horrible
