My girlfriend had TruGreen for months and there’s definitely more weeds than there used to be. One time she told me that they came but didn’t even treat the backyard. I grabbed a weed killer bottle from Menards for 8$ and they look like they’re already dying, It’s not very hard to do.

Two years ago I fired this company for destroying strips of my lawn where the fertilizer was applied too heavily. On 8/6/21 I came home from work to find a notice that without my permission a TruGreen employee came on my property and applied a grub control application. The local franchise record keeping is obviously defective because when I called the national Customer Service number, was informed that I was indeed not a customer of TruGreen anymore PLUS I had never had a grub application applied when I was! Use someone else because anyone would be better than this company based on their record with me.

I have called customer service 8 times in 3 months and told them specifically to treat nutsedge; and only ONE TIME they treated it, other 7 times they treated broadleaf weed only. Look the pic I post, this is after 8 weed control service.
