  I do not recommend .Treatment done on the wrong lawn .(more then once) We had more then 1 property commercial and residential e-mails sent to notify service performed never indicates what property was serviced. Canceled all service in November 2021 .Made the mistake of giving account info to deduct payment .Apparently we have been charged twice this year on properties that should be canceled .I have been on the phone last tuesday and today forever nobody can seem to figure this out, Do not give these people your payment information !!!!!! Good Luck! Waiting for our Refunds

  Awful company to deal with! Got charged full amount when I signed up even though I selected to be billed after each application. Technician came and said he couldn’t device because our yard was too big. Came out 10 days later and the same guy serviced it. Next service was cancelled. Customer service is a nightmare. We canceled our service and received a cancellation number but 2 days later a service was scheduled. Had to call again and there was no record of our cancellation.

  We had a one year plan started in April and we moved into a new house with the plan transferred. Several phone calls were made to ensure that the plan is properly transferred. But they called us today asking us to pay 100+ dollars saying that we are done with our plan. I don’t quite understand how the one year plan would work since now it’s only Dec 20th. And the customer service people told us it’s only one calendar year. Now I’m more confused. Is now the year 2022? We have a camera in front of us and every time we received message saying someone is coming for our service but we never saw anybody. And we called in asking for summary, they just told us the people came might forget or running out the paper. And our camera just didn’t catch them. This is so unprofessional. Our one year plan has 7 applications and seeding. But now they still want to charge us for two service and they didn’t even make to the 7 applications we have yet. They didn’t give us any notification about that our program is over, which doesn’t make any sense (it’s still in one year). We kept saying we want to discontinue but they are very hard to communicate. Don’t even start with them. Bad experience and bad company with everything.
