  My lawn is brown and discoloration. My grass will not grow. I reported it to the company and they stated it wasn’t nothing they could do at this time. I was promised a refund and I never received it from True green. I was with the company for two years a loyal customer. I was promised that my grass would be green the entire year and it wasn’t. The company was not concerned and didn’t give any explanation.

  Disappointed in the whole service. Many issues with not servicing the entire yard multiple times, customer service is always a 10-20 minute wait, couldn't get to my house when I was available to make sure my dog was not in the yard. I was assured this wouldn't be a problem 4-5 times. When they finally came to aerate they complained there's were too many leaves on the ground, but 3 weeks earlier when they were supposed to do the service the yard was prepped and ready. Then they left ruts and hills in the yard and didn't complete the entire yard, I had to have them come back out again to complete the entire yard. The best part was through the entire experience they were trying to up-sale me on the other services they offered. They could not get one service right so they wanted me to pay for more services.... No thanks!

  The individuals who represent this company in the Culpeper region have absolutely ZERO integrity. TruGreen came out to my house to perform my last Mosquito and Tick service of the year and their technician damaged my brand new racing trailer with a scratch down the door that was deep enough to go down to the aluminum. When confronted about it, it took them 2 weeks just to get an actual response from someone to come out and look at it and they showed up with NO NOTICE during working hours so I wasn't able to be home to talk to them directly. The "Area Supervisor" who claimed to be up in the area from Charlottesville, then refused to accept responsibility for his technician doing the damage and instead insisting that I was just trying to blame TruGreen. I guess not taking responsibility for your actions and denying any guilt is the new business model for this company.
