  After speaking with a national rep who tried to pressure me into various plans, I called a local representative from Teays Valley. Rachel was helpful, friendly, and did not pressure me into any particular plan. Thank you, Rachel. Your professional skills means that I will stay with TruGreen versus moving on to another lawn care service in the area.

  Last year we had the best lawn in our neighborhood but I though I would see what the professionals could do to improve on what I already had. I engaged TruGreen to fertilize and manage the weeds. Well today I have the worst lawn in the neighborhood. I have about 12 varieties of weeds and dead patches of grass all over. I am very disappointed. It is at the point I will need to start again (without TruGreen)

  THIEVES! I paid in full for a season of lawn care in the spring. Then was contacted in August for a mosquito control treatment for 39.99. My account was debited for $349.74 TWICE! I canceled the service because I was mislead on the price. I received 1 refund check for $349.74. I have made multiple calls, sent emails, talked to corporate, visited the local office several times. No refund received. Then, another charge for $42.35. Finally, found out that they have attached my card to another person's account and that "a check will be mailed out and you will receive it by next week". That's about a month ago. I call again and find out they mailed the check to the OTHER person they have attached to my debit card! Here I am, 2 and half months later. No returned phone calls from the Scott Depot office. And no check. I WANT MY NEARLY $400 BACK!
