  Service has been going downhill for almost a year. I’ve used them for quite a few years and as it’s usual with this type of companies, it started pretty well and the price was extremely aggressive for the first year. The next couple of years it was up and down service quality. The last year service took a hit. I had to call management due to serious issues with my lawn. Then I repeatedly call the company complaining about the weeds growing quickly in parts of my front and side lawn. Lawn treatment got so bad and poorly performed that I have many different types of weeds. Today I decided to call it quits and canceled my service. What a relief. I didn’t give them a one star because customer service people on the phones try their best to work something out. Unfortunately the real work is in the field and this company is failing badly. Now I understand why so many of my neighbors have dropped them and do not refer them at all.

  Customer service is nice but every time they come to service my property, they forget to do the back yard. I have to look on my cameras and then call customer service and have them reschedule a visit. I will probably finish my contract with them but I will NOT use them again.

  Our lawn was in bad shape when service began last fall season. Over the winter months, it has become thicker filling in and weeds are under control. Moving into spring it is now greening up and we are excited to have a healthy lawn this season! It is important to follow TruGreen's watering instructions. We appreciate their notes on the receipt after each treatment.
