My family used the weed control service for one year. But nothing was changed. There are still lots of weed. After one year, we did not agree to renew the service. But the guy from this company came to my house to do weed control. We were charged for more than 70 dollars. How terrible it is! Stole money.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The first issue was when I noticed they were treating my backyard. I literally watched a tech go into the back yard, plant a stay off grass sign, and leave. Then, they busted my water main during an aeration. $200 and absolutely 0 offer to help cover that cost or anything. Their only solution was to come out and do another aeration 🙄 THEN they didn’t even bring the right equipment to do the back yard aeration so they promised they’d be back in 2 days…that was in July and they still haven’t been back. I called to cancel my services at the end of august and THEY SHOWED UP AGAIN in September and charged me for TWO services. On September 21, I was assured by Desiree that my $126.90 was being refunded. Still haven’t seen a dime of it. I’m so close to pressing charges for trespassing on my property and theft for taking my money even after I cancelled.
