I you want a lawn care specialist to assess your lawn needs and treat it appropriately don't look here! All they do is charge an outrageous price to spend as little time as possible, spread their stuff and leave. The person they send out couldn't care less about your lawn problems.

This is my second time reaching out to get your company to address the issues I pointed out in the attached review. I have had almost a full year of service and my lawn looks worse!! I have gotten no advice, no opinion on my problems. I have yet to see a lawn care specialist assess my needs.

All I get is someone coming out to spread fertilizer and break my sprinklers.

I'm very disappointed in the lawn service and in the customer service.

A big waste of my time and money!

Trugreen has helped our yard moved from yellow and cracked to green and lush.  We love it and the Trugreen team.  They are polite and professional.   We would recommend them anytimr.

I used them a couple of years ago and canceled because my lawn actually looked worse. I never got any advice about specific problems. I asked the technician one time what they are doing that my regular Gardener could not do and he said nothing. Then I recently called for aerating. What a mess! they are so disorganized. It took 3 weeks for anyone to show up and I was not notified they were coming. Because I had stuff for big item pickup at my curb they could not address my whole lawn and I told the guy I need to reschedule. I mentioned that they have been really disorganized. I told the guy I knew this wasn't his fault and I immediately called the office to reschedule. They were going to send somebody out the following saturday. Then I get a message from TruGreen that my refund was being processed. I called and told them I did not want a refund I still wanted the service and someone was coming out on saturday. They said they had no record of the appointment on saturday. Then when I spoke to the office manager to complain she spoke to the guy who came out. He absolutely lied and told her I threatened him that he was trespassing on my property and threatened to sic my dog on him! This is beyond mind-boggling. I told the office manager that absolutely did not happen I still want the service but please don't send that same guy out because he's lying. We're going on a couple weeks now and no indication that I'm going to get any service. This is the worst customer service I think I've ever had and will never recommend them to anybody I know.

Ed B (branch 5725) arrived to service my lawn which looks great by the way. Just a shout out to Ed B that he does a great job, is careful in spraying/treating the lawn to make sure all sections are dosed. Helpful with recommendations and any advice and explains the products used and their purpose when asked. You can tell Ed B loves his job and is very professional.
