  After sodding my yard and nurturing it myself the first year to get it established, I called TurGreen to fertilize and maintain health of lawn. This spring, I was expecting my yard to come back as beautiful as it was last year before TurGreen started taking care of it. It's a complete disaster. It's 90% dead. I called and set up a site visit (after a lot of hassle since you can't actually call your local office). The area manager called me and we set up a time we could meet and talk about the problem. The guy never showed or even called me. This place is a joke and I have dead yard. UPDTATE 6/8/21: The "owner" below was sorry for any inconvenience and asked me to send my info so they could rectify the situation. I did just that (4 days ago). Have they responded to me email? Of course not. Complete fraud this company.

  Do not waste your money (or time). Honestly our yard looks worse than it did a year ago. We have used Tru Green for 2 previous homes, starting in Illinois, and had great prior service. This office is terrible. This year they constantly missed applications and we had to call on several different occasions to ask them to come out and treat the dead areas in the lawn and the weeds and to ask when they were coming back! Who has time for that? In the past week we called the customer service number. They were very apologetic and noted how the last application having been 2 months ago was way too long and told us to expect a followup call from the local office to schedule a service call with 48 hours. When that time had passed, we called again and told them we would like a refund and we wanted to cancel any upcoming treatments. They told us we would have to talk to the local office. We did talk to the local office, and after wasting time arguing about whether they did their job or not (all you need to do is look the weeds and crab grass in our lawn to know they didn't!), we are going with a new company and calling this a lost cause. There are much more responsive companies and economical choices in this area! Do not go with Tru Green.

  They were charged without getting our services done, and that happened 3 times! How did we know? because we stayed home to make sure to let the dogs when they arrive at which they never did. We canceled their service and requested refunds for the missed services, it has been more than a month and we still haven't received anything. Unreliable, unprofessional, quick to take your money, and who knows if you even going to get your money back.
