TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. DO NOT USE!!!!! Just like every big corporation in America they don’t care about you. Came out one time said My gate was locked…. My gate doesn’t have a lock. I was away on vacation when they came to my house. What did I come home to? A broken gate that I have to fix myself. My gate is all wood too and lumber isn’t cheap. Tried calling them for weeks straight. No answer. No calls back. No one fixing my gate. This company is such a joke. Please do not use this company. Terrible experience and sad that they don’t take care of their customers.

Where do I even start with this Company...If I could give a zero star rating I would. All I was looking for was a simple fertilization/weed control program for a 2 acre residential lot for the summer months. Seemed easy enough until I got tangled up with these folks. They can't communicate internally so you end up going in circles talking to people. They failed to provide the correct type of service for my size lawn when they were supposed to, then provided the same incorrect service when told not to as I was forced to do it myself and then blame gamed each other as to who was at fault within in their organization or blamed their issues on a software program. I literally experienced incompetence at every level in this company that I was able to connect with. I know many people can relate that customer service of any kind in this country is at an all time low but this organization has taken it to a whole new level of incompetence.

I have used Tru Green for years and have always been satisfied with them. I like that they call you before they come out as well. My lawn always looks great
