  I was in my garage when the truck arrived this morning to spread lime. I have a camera at my door as well. The service employee pulled up to my front yard waited a few seconds and then drove down the street. I thought they were turning around for eases of access when unloading the bags of lime. When the truck returned they were parked for less than five minutes and left again headed out the neighborhood. They did not return. When I exited my garage, there was a true greens sign where they parked as well as a notice of the service they said was done, which was not. I called customer service to report this incident. I was not charged and was guaranteed service on Monday. After spending over 300 dollars, my lawn has not improved. I'm wondering if they have done this before when I wasn't home to witness it? I'm attaching photos of three services in a little over a months time. This is disgusting and I want a refund for my entire service!WHERE IS THE LIME IN THESE PHOTOS?!?!

  I signed a contract in September 2020. It consisted of 9 visits/services over the following 12 months. I was assured that all services would be guaranteed and if I wasn’t satisfied they would return and reapply. From the very beginning their communication was beyond horrible. The person that generated my contract was never available. To this day I’ve never had a conversation with him. And when I asked about his status I never received an answer. One of my main purposes to contract with TruGreen was for aeration and overseeing. The section of our yard that we had contracted is 36,000 sf. They spent 20 minutes plugging and seeding. It takes at least 3 hours to properly perform that service given the moisture content of the yard on that particular day. The results were basically nonexistent. That service was performed on 10/9/2020. It took until 2/22/2021 to have someone actually look at the problem. They admitted that it wasn’t properly done but nothing was ever done to rectify the situation. When I called to complain I was told that they were tired of me calling. The remaining services were poorly done and the communication continued to be horrific. They couldn’t even properly apply weed control. I recently canceled my contract. Within a few days I received a call and was told that I could receive the same contract that I previously had for 50% less and that my service would be greatly improved. I stated that they should first stand behind their guarantee and rectify the current problem. I was told that they couldn’t help me with that. As I politely explained our past experience they hung up on me. I assume they weren’t interested since there was nothing for them to gain. That seems to be their business model. Bottom line; they are about production and certainly not concerned with customer service. They may respond with a coherent response but don’t be fooled. If you want professional and focused lawn care find someone who actually has the ability to deliver.

  TruGreen aerated and overseeded my lawn at a cost of $289.00. My total cost for the TruGreen service is $761.69. I have an irrigation system and watered as per TruGreen's instructions. Only approximately 50% of my lawn germinated. I have called TruGreen on numerous occasions and I was told each time that my issue would be expediated. To date no one has responded back to me regarding the issue. I plan to place a hold on my service until someone from TruGreen reaches out to me regarding this issue. I cannot foresee paying another $761.69 for 50% pretty grass and 50% no grass!
