They show up at my house and barely spend any time or cover the yard completely. I call and no one answers. I’ve tried six times to have someone address the fact that I have more weeds than I ever have in the past. The mobile app is not helpful either. My yard is covered in weeds, yet they have no problem charging my card immediately.

We were going to us Trugreen to do aeration and over seeding in our yard but we fully cancelled everything with them. My husband made the initial call. The guy told him we will be getting a call to schedule in a day or 2…… 4 days later we still haven’t heard anything AND they charged our card on file for the entire payment without even having an appointment set!! My husband calls to see what the heck they are doing and the idiot set an appointment for some time in May which was never discussed or approved. Absolutely horrible communication and quality. Will be going with a much better rated local company!

I have used TrueGreen for 3 years. Last year, 2021 , they did not make their appointments, I would call and would be routed to a National call center. They assured me my concerns would be forwarded to the local office, no reply. The only way we received a response was when the tech showed up, my wife asked him to call me . The tech had his manager call me who finally came out and brought us up to date on our services. They applied the remaining services for the year in a two month period. So our lawn looked horrible for most of the summer and fall months. Hence due to the inability to talk with a local representative we are discontinuing our service with TrueGreen at two addresses. We are trying Lawn Doctor this year, I will let you know how it goe. I was impressed with Lawn Doctor when the owner of the franchise answered my phone call, discussed my concerns and laid out a plan.
