  I have their premium package with 7 treatments a year plus aeration and seeding. Most of the grass is dead, and my lawn is full of weeds. If that’s not frustrating enough, they never show up for their scheduled treatments. Very disappointed with the poor service and lack of professionalism from this company.

  Our TruGreen shrub and bush fertilizing expert, Joseph K., has been taking great care of our landscaping for at least 2 years now. He is always, prompt, polite, and professional. The beautiful appearance of our yard's landscaping is proof of his great work.

  They rescheduled appointments multiple times within 2 weeks. Finally we called and canceled. They told my wife it was canceled. Then they came out to do another “service”. They left our back gate open which let our dogs run away. Then they tried to charge us. When I called to find out why they claim they never spoke with her and they keep hanging up on me. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureaus.
