Would give 0 stars to trugeen if possible. It is a matter of time before someone makes the news for causing violence to someone regarding their fraudulent business. My lawn looks so much worse 15 months after signing up for their scam. Pictures show self-cared neighbors lawn compared to mine. Pictures do it no justice as well, its become a complete weed garden. $700 down the drain. DO NOT give these lowlifes your business. They dont answer phone calls unless you are trying to sign up for service and when you get transferred they never call you back in the 24-48 hour time period as they tell you. In the hundreds of businesses that have got my money. Trugreen takes the icing as the worst business ive ever encountered.

I have always used TruGreen Lawn Services. The pricing is affordable and they do an awesome job. My technician is Jason and he is very knowledgeable. If I have any questions, he has the answers. I appreciate their work.

I cancelled services today after being with TruGreen for awhile. Sure, we have had occasional discrepancies in services that were supposed to have been done, but the billing catastrophe has been the worst. We had several problems with their payment system online and we spoke to a representative who assured us that all of our accounts were set up on Easy pay and she took a payment to clear our balance. Weeks later we received a debt collections notice! I called today and asked the representative to look at the notes on the account (that I asked the previous rep to make on our account) and there were no notes on our account that showed I called in to make the payment and that Easypay had failed to update. One rep finally acknowledged that the card number was wrong. They claimed they sent an email informing us of this but there is no record of it. Its damaging when you lose trust in a company!!
