  Worst experience ever! Over promise and under deliver. Missed 3 appointments and expected me to follow up and reschedule. Extremely frustrating communication process. 48hrs for someone to call you back. In my case it was 6 days. You never get to speak or email the same person so you have to explain your issues all over again every time. Gave them 2 opportunities to fix the issue and chose to blow off both. Requested my money back. Ask to speak with your local manager and see what song and dance you get. That should be telling enough.

  TruGreen is affordable, reliable, and provides excellent service. Our company headquarters is located on a busy main road so it's important that our landscaping reflect the quality and care we offer our own customers. TruGreen completely transformed our office lawn from a weed/insect infested disaster to a gorgeous, green carpet. They notify you prior to each visit and always leave a detailed report of services provided. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a healthy, beautiful lawn!

  We had a terrific experience with TruGreen in Virginia therefore upon moving to Massachusetts we decided to give them a try. Bad mistake. Throughout the past year here is my experience: 1) Two times they showed up running out of application 2) last two application occurred within 7 days so they could close out the service I pre paid. Hymmm! 3) on 2 occasion nas I called the company to request additional weed control since their initial APPLICATION was worthless 4) they played this passive aggressive game of responding with all the right answers and scientific terminology but did nothing! Perhaps the quality of service is dependent on the regional contractor. So, for the regional contract out of Plymouth, I received recommend home owners of this region to use another company,
