  My mother is a customer Trugreen a couple of weeks ago someone came out and treated her lawn there was a heavy frost she has nothing but marks on her lawn —the grass is dead in her yard from the spreader. She has called and spoken to several people someone was supposed to be there today Wednesday, December 8, 2021 they never showed she called this afternoon to find out why they didn’t show she got a very rude and I mean rude customer service person he didn’t want to give his name —-his name was Girard told her he couldn’t help her it was out of his hands they supposedly rescheduled it for tomorrow no call no show this is the second time they were supposed to be there. She did get a hold of a gentleman that was very nice later his name was Jordan and told her they were coming tomorrow I don’t appreciate my mother being treated this way if this continues I will take this case over !!!!This is inexcusable to treat an elderly person like you all have treated her——you really don’t care!! I do have pictures of her lawn which I don’t have a problem posting!!!!!

  I signed up for the service 5 days ago, and paid for the years services in advance. I still have not received a receipt from the company showing I paid almost 500 dollars. I called several times over the last few days and spoke with very incompetent customer service people. Yesterday was supposed to be my first service, which I was told would be between 10 am and 1 pm. At 4pm a trugreen truck pulled up to the house 2 doors away and proceeded to spray her lawn. My office overlooks the street so I was watching because I assumed that my house would be next. After he finished with her lawn -he was treating her lawn for a grand total of 3 minutes, and never once got off the riding machine they use- he pulled some paperwork out of his truck and went to go put it in the mailbox. I watched him look at the paperwork, look at her mailbox address, look down the street to my house, then put the paperwork in her mailbox and drive away. Then the trugreen app told me that my service had just been completed. I can understand a mistake, but the fact that he then drove away after realizing he made a mistake is so unprofessional and after the other problems I have had in the few days I have been with them, I have cancelled my service. One other thing I noticed: the service summary they send you afterwards had a note that he had included his personal recommendations for the lawn, he wasn't there long enough to have any recommendations and never actually set foot on the lawn! If anyone is currently using this company, you may want to actually be home for the next visit and see what you are paying for.
