TruGreen came today to fertilize my lawn. I'm working from home so I could see the technician from window next to my desk. The technician had problems with the sprayer and was not able to complete the job. He made a call on his phone and then drove off. He then sent me a text stating that my lawn care service was complete. I called and cancelled my service. I can only imagine how many times this happens to other people who are not at home and believe they received the service they paid for. No wonder TruGreen has so many 1 star reviews!. My advice to those who are reading this review, go with another lawn care service!!

If you will like to have your lawn OVER fertilized to the point that your lawn is burnt go with Tru Green. They have a high turn over rate and every several weeks it’s a new Tech newly trained. Called to talk to a local Windsor Manager and I was constantly redirected to the corporate office 48 hrs later. Discontinued my service after having to purchase five yards of topsoil to start a fresh lawn all over again!
