I paid for a full season in full via a one time payment for 2021. True green did fulfill their obligation but the yard did not benefit from any of the applications. At no time did a True green representative contact me after the original sales conversation to check on progress or possible continued service for 2022. At my surprise True green showed up at my house yesterday and completed an application with no consent from me or any communication prior than yesterday. I called a True green representative who canceled my service but I am still dumbfounded as to why and how any company would deliver a service without first contacting a customer for authorization. To make matters worse I look at my bank account and they automatically withdrew 182.00 from my account for the service. Hmmm, no call, no authorization, take money. Highly unprofessional and unethical business behavior!

Their billing and scheduling system is poor. I would have no treatments for months, then two treatments in less than two weeks. Also constantly upselling

I cancelled my services 2 Wks Prior Then confirmed 1 day Before because they kept emailing me for upcoming treatment, Due to financial issues I could not afford it they came out and did the service anyway and still billed me DISSATISFIED Customer 🤦🏾♀️😠
