Micah came and removed a 75 ft cottonwood tree (and 3 smaller trees) for us. He was quick to respond and honest with his timing for getting the project done. We got multiple quotes and his was competitive and fair. Our project took multiple days and he came and started on a weekend. We really enjoyed watching Micah work. The skill it takes to drop large branches from 60 ft in the air when you don't have a ton of room to work with is incredible. He was friendly and professional. He will definitely be our first call for our next tree project.

Micah from Tue Vine Tree Care came out on a recommendation from a neighbor down the street. The neighbor owns his own lawn care services company, and said True Vine Tree Care would be the people to go with, and he also just used them over the winter to trim up a large Ash tree that was over hanging their property. This neighbor would also be using True Vine Tree Care to trim up more ashes at a rental property. Micah came out and took the time to look at all my trees, I have 4 100 ft Pine trees, and two large maples in my yard. I was worried about one maple as we had a large limb go down 4 years before. True Vine Tree Care took the time to look at all my concerns and gave me the estimate on the spot. After the estimate he was able to come back 4 days later and complete the work. Micah made sure to climb up one of our large pine trees and get out as much dead spots as he could, because we use this tree for our baby swing, he did this knowing that there was a nesting Red Tail Hawk in that tree. True Vine Tree Care also made sure that my yard looked cleaner than when he came taking all branches and leaves that had fallen from the work that he was doing. Micah from True Vine Tree Care also let me know that the maple I was worried about does show some weak spots, but over all is a very healthy tree, and if I did some simple maintenance for bugs, that he believes this tree will last for much much longer. I appreciate the time that True Vine Tree Care took with me, and their exceptional work on my house, I will be recommending them to as many people as I can.

True vine took down 2 trees in neighbors' yards which are both adjacent to our yard. Both trees overhung our yard so I tried to stay in the loop on the operation. True Vine was the 2nd estimate that the neighbors received and they told me it was much less expensive than the competitor who said he would use a crane for removal. I have hired the competitor for a job myself and know that they finish a job in a day and come back in a few days for stump removal. The tree removal with True Vine ended up taking about 5 days from cutting to clean up, excluding stump grinding-more on that later. Micah cut limbs from an aerial lift. Some were roped down but many of them were thrown down. All the yards, including mine, had many divots from the large limbs that impacted. I was happy to have both trees removed since they overhung our house and yard. The 2-4 hours it took to rake up debris left from last fall's removal that was remaining after True Vine's cleanup, applying topsoil to the divoted areas, seeding, mulching and watering the areas, I figured I would let slide. But the stump from both trees still remain to this day. Stump grinding was included in the estimates according to my neighbors. Micah assured me last fall that they would be ground a week or so after tree removal. Unfortunately, both neighbors paid their bills before the stumps were removed. No leverage left now. Micah does not return calls or texts according to my neighbors. Micah seemed to have a rotating crew to help with roped limbs and cleaning up. My guess is that there was no work comp coverage on the casual employees though I cannot say for sure and I do not know if my neighbors received insurance certificates from True Vine. With no work comp coverage, an injury to a worker may fall upon the homeowner's policy. I guess the moral is, you get what you pay for.
