  I hired Steve a year ago to take care of our rental property, he was very proactive about getting paid, but apparently he didn’t take the same care in maintaining our property. After calling him for the last two days he has yet to return my calls. I was left with no other option but to post the photos of his work. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

  I’m sorry about not being available. I’m trying to stay caught up from the nonstop rain everyday. There must’ve been some misunderstanding about what you needed us to do at your house. I trimmed the house a couple times as a favor to you. However, that is not part of what services you pay for. I tried calling you a couple times. Call me back. I’m sure we can get on the same page and get you what you need.
