  Got the mosquito service which was guaranteed for a full month. They said if you get bit, call and they will come respray for free. It was very effective for 2 weeks, then over week 3 they all came back so I called for a touch up with a week and a half before our next scheduled service date. They were very willing to come out and respray but the best they could do was 1 day before they were scheduled to come anyway. Moral of the story, don't expect overly prompt service. Pretty disappointed considering the price point.

  Absolutely terrible. Showed up for first application(honestly can’t tell what they did) and they didn’t show up again. So basically they will start a monthly treatment program, maybe pick it back up a few months later and act if nothings wrong. This is akin to being prescribed to a daily life saving drug but only taking it every few days.

  I am unsatisfied with the lack of communication and no notice unscheduling. I was supposed to receive treatment last month, no call, no notice, no response at all. I called to discuss and the customer service rep was polite although her computer would not work properly, so this was a little annoying. On other times, I have been company rescheduled because the driver was out of spray, and another time because the driver went to the wrong house and did someone else's lawn because he couldn't locate my house??? How does a service company stay in business with poor quality service? Very bad service for the price.
