  Really disappointed in your company. I needed a motor for a Greenworks lawnmower. I live 40 minutes away. There was 1 week lead time. The TTLE worker would not take my CC over the phone so I wouldn't have to drive there and hand him my CC, then come back a week later to get the motor. Trying to help local businesses.

  Anne-Rose was a blessing from the start of the phone call; friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. She told me they had a part but wanted to check the inventory on hand to make sure it was indeed in stock; it was. No other dealer in the area had this belt on hand… VERY thankful for Troy-Tipp and their staff that actually cares about quality service.
