We just had a terrible experience with TriGreen this week. They installed our sprinkler system (sub par per their team mate to note) and I had contacted them to come out and help move a sprinkler line this week. Reached out to them Monday, they were supposed to come Thursday. No show, no call and when I reached out, I just got a "sorry for the inconvenience." Ok, so can you come tomorrow (today) and they said yes. I texted this morning to confirm and was informed that they would not be coming out again. Citing short labor in Nashville (completely understand that) as an excuse, but then informed me that ours was a "small job" and that they couldn't drop everything to help. Sorry, but a week in advance isn't exactly drop everything. If it wasn't going to be delivered on this week that was fine if they said that upfront. Instead put me in a terrible spot now having to scramble to come up with a new landscape company. Beyond poor customer service - I get the short staffed thing, but telling me I'm a small job??? You need customers. A completely terrible experience from the individual on the other end. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them if they are expecting good customer service, attention and reliability.

I have used TriGreen landscaping for our irrigation needs for about 3 or 4 years now (I want to say 4). They have always repaired and maintained our irrigation and had us scheduled for our area for spring start ups and winterization. I hadn't seen them yet this year so thought maybe I needed to call to get put on the schedule (although I haven't had to for 2 years) I called and left Dawn a vm, 5 days later I hadn't heard anything and the temperatures were dropping. I called again, Dawn finally called me back the next day and left a vm saying "I'm sorry we're no longer servicing your area". Although I completely understand their decision to no longer service our area, I don't understand not calling and letting someone know this before the temperatures start dropping below freezing, especially someone you know you have serviced for years! She said she could give me recommendations if I needed. I looked for someone for a week and of course this time of year everyone is SLAMMED so I called back asking for those recommendations....and I'm still waiting on that call, days later! I have always had issues getting a hold of them but never really cared since it was a twice yearly thing...but when you need calls back and communication, Dawn is not the best. It seems like a business that was started up in a home and never catches up to daily task. Their services are something easily done and they did well the few years they did service for us but the lack of communication is/was beyond frustrating.

Had a pool liner installed this weekend and all I can say is these guys are amazing! From price to customer satisfaction, I have never been happier with the quality and professionalism I received. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
