The guys at the parts counter were dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping me find a solution for my problem. Would not listen to my explanation of what I needed before saying they don't have what I need. Wanting a simple pto driveshaft that I knew I would need to cut down and they just acted as though there was no way they could help. This place is good for nothing except talking down to new customers and making people feel like they are not needed for sales.. would give zero stars if I could.

Sales and parts are great to work with. I would recommend anyone looking for a Deere to visit this store. Service......not so great. Not my business, but if it was I think I'd prioritize a little better and treat everyone the same no matter how large of an operation they run or their family name. If someone brings equipment to be worked on, there's most likely a problem. They could at least check and try to show a customer why they don't think there's a problem instead of blaming the customer or claiming misuse or talking behind the customer's back. I'm disappointed with what has been my dealer for 10 + years.
