They will bill you if they think your visit wasn’t considered an emergency when at any other hospital it is. Even with Insurance that covers ER visits. Make the trip to somewhere with better care and nurses who can answer a single question.

Very considerate & helpful. All employees treated me as a person. Talked to me right from the start. Helped to sooth my nervousness.

The swing bed program (medical care plus physical therapy) was a godsend for my husband and me. The medical staff was awesome, and the physical therapy department is excellent! They helped him get well, and built his strength to transition to outpatient physical therapy, which is also a TCH department. Everyone we worked with was wonderful.

My mom was inpatient here recently. The staff working with my mom were extremely helpful and sweet. I give a two, which should really be a 1 star because of the horrifying weekend nurses I had to deal with to get inside for visiting hours. I went to the nurses station to see no nurses wearing a mask. One wanted to take my temperature and I refused to allow her near me without a mask. She then throws the thermometer at me and told me to do it myself instead of taking the time and putting on a mask. Or just keeping a mask on as they are around each other in a closed space. So, most likely these nurses are not wearing masks in the community and then coming to work possibly infecting patients. Horrifying!! Science is NOT a conspiracy theory. We have been dealing with this pandemic for a year. Get over it and wear a mask! My mask protects you, your mask protects me. If you can’t figure that out it is true ignorance... or just selfishness. Especially in a setting with high risk individuals seeking care. Unacceptable!!

I used the Trigg hospital for outpatient physical therapy. I can't say enough good things about the staff.  Ms.Brogan and Ms.Carla are two wonderful ladies. They helped me more than they will ever know. I would highly recommend using Trigg county hospital PT!
