  I have been a customer of Jims for 20 years now. I find the negative reviews laughable....as I am assuming these some people would NEVER be satisfied. He will sit down with you and create a lawn maintenance plan that will have your yard the envy of all your neighbors. For 18 years I had him seeding and fertilizing and over the last 2 years have added mowing to that. I would compare his service to ANY other service as I watch my neighbors all around me switch from service to service and yet my yard STILL looks better year in and year out!

  they did not apply fertilization properly. When I complained it, they responded that they applied but It is not easy to see application. Later they sent a bill with forward balance as well which I did not recognized. I asked original statement that prove it. but they just sent another bill without prove. I do not recommend them for year round contract. You may use them one time treatment. Because when you get first service, it looks good but after while, their service is getting horrible. they apply without notice and you cannot see the application and result as well.

  Trailer on truck had a flat tire in our neighborhood. Although the driver was actively driving and aware of the flat, he continued driving with heavy smoke billowing from under the trailer and a large groove being carved in our neighborhoods road.
