I Had Tri-County install some after market UTV parts on my ranger. I had a lil mishaps and the NEW OWNER and his CREW went over and above on taken care of fixing it. The experience with this company has been nothing but outstanding and they are a valuable asset to our community,

Amazing service and a great deal on a mower. The owner will absolutely work with you on getting financed (of course) but also afterwards, on service and delivery. Go in for a visit before you buy online, I saved a TON on a much better machine than I would have bought otherwise!

Bought a great dixie chopper from them best mower I have ever had. Price was right in comparison to other places actually they came down to the price that caused me to buy from them. Been back and got oil and filter called and it was ready when I arrived  great ran business . I will keep doing business with them.

I purchased a brand new push mower ( $3,000 ) last week. After using it for a total of 10 minutes, I realized it wasn’t for me. Instead of attempting to just return it.  I wanted to trade it in towards a ($9,000) mower. They acted like it was a inconvenience to deal with me. I simply called, told them my situation and they could careless. I was being told everything underneath the sun when it came to trading it in! Long story short, I was supposed to receive a call back with some “ numbers on the difference “ for another mower they had in stock.

Phone still hasn’t rang. Don’t do business with them!

Horrible service & even worst customer service!!

Go elsewhere!

I have been shopping for a mower for some time and found Tri-County the most reasonably priced, great customer service, best financing I could find anwhere. They were friendly,  informative and caring.  I left there with a purchase and felt I was treated right.  I made a good decision to buy my mower from Tri-County Outdoor Power Equipment!
