  I was told all work is guaranteed for 20 years. My gate didn’t even make it 2weeks because the gate was not engineered properly. I have texted back and forth with the owner MULTIPLE times with MULTIPLE promises of him going to repair/ replace whatever he needed to. The job was NEVER completed fully. When I called the owner and told him I was going to take him to small claims court he became very agitated and told me I should not threaten him. This project started in January 2021 and here it is October 11th. All I want is the job completed and for him to live up to his agreement and honor the warranty he says he has.
